16632, Assigning CacheCade Pro 2.0 volumes to Virtual Drives

By default, when a CacheCade Pro 2.0 volume is created, it is assigned to all available Virtual Drives:

If additional CacheCade Pro 2.0 volumes are created, they are also assigned to all available Virtual Drives:

It is possible using MegaCLI v8.02.21 or newer to associate/disassociate all CacheCade Pro 2.0 volumes with individual Virtual Drives.

For example, to disassociate the two CacheCade Pro 2.0 volumes with Virtual Drive 0, use thiis MegaCLI command:

C:\megacli>megacli cachecade remove l0 a0
Successfully removed VD from Cache
Exit Code: 0x00

(note l0 is the letter L and the number zero, for logical drive 0 in this case)

Now both CacheCade Pro 2.0 volumes are associated with Virtual Drive 1, but not Virtual Drive 0:

To put it back like it was before:

C:\megacli>megacli cachecade assign l0 a0
Successfully assigned VD to Cache
Exit Code: 0x00

It isn't possible to associate one CacheCade Pro 2.0 volume with one Virtual drive and another CacheCade Pro 2.0 volume with a different Virtual drive.
